Guidelines for Submission

• All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.
• The abstract should be understandable to all readers including non-researchers, researchers and clinicians.
• Please prepare the text according to the structure:
  • Original/clinical research:
    The abstract must be divided as follows: Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusions, Keywords. Include a brief introduction providing the context of the study, why it is required and the aims of the work. Briefly present the methods used and the main findings of the study. The abstract should also include a brief statement of relevance to clinical practice (either currently or how it may affect the future).
  • Case report:
    The abstract must be divided as follows: Introduction, Case description, Discussion, Keywords.
• Abstract cannot exceed a limit of 250 words (excluding title, authors, affiliations, and keywords; including acknowledgements and references).
• Standard abbreviations do not need explanation. Otherwise, abbreviations must be defined in brackets after they are first used in the text.
• The authors are responsible for the content and the language quality of the abstract.
• Each presenter is limited to one presentation as the primary author.
• An automatically generated confirmation will be sent to the presenting author's e-mail address. If you do not receive it within an hour, first please check your spam folder and then contact us at e-mail address info@on-line-form.eu.
• If changes need to be made to your submitted abstract, please contact us at the email address above at any time before the deadline. Please do not submit the abstract more than once.
• Authors will be notified of the acceptance via e-mail.
   

Author's Registration

Please note that registration of the presenting author is mandatory for each accepted contribution. All confirmed contributions will be presented at the conference venue and the presence of the author is required. If the presenting author has not paid the registration fee, the presentation may be withdrawn from the programme.

Submitting your abstract doesn't mean you are registered for the conference.

Publication of Abstracts

The authors of submitted abstracts agree with publication of their abstracts in the Book of Abstracts (electronic version) to be distributed to all participants at the conference.
