Digital workflow in implantology—prosthetically driven, patient-focused
In digital implantology we start backwards, from the end to the beginning. Changing this paradigm is essential and crucial for successful implantology. Bone sets the tone, tissue is the issue, but pros is the boss.
The benefits of digital technologies have shown how essential the contribution of prosthetic parts and the correct design of prosthetic work are to the overall result. We use digital technologies in all phases of implantology: from design, through guided implantation itself, guided augmentation, temporary solutions, selection of the correct prosthetic part in advance, to the definitive prosthesis.
Detailed planning by the surgeon is crucial for obtaining detailed knowledge of every surgical step. The aim is the highest possible accuracy and effectiveness during surgery. Thanks to the entire digital workflow, you carry out the surgery twice: once virtually, and a second time with the patient.
Not only a tooth in a day—a tooth in one surgery or in a few hours: single-visit surgery.
From design (CAD) to delivery of the manufactured provisional crown (CAM), before or immediately after implantation, using 3D printing. On the day of the surgery, we have a patient, an implant, a provisional crown bonded in the lab, a guide for guided surgery, and a model of the jaw in the office.
